Low-Sugar Spiced Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

Fall is my favorite season and I LOVE a good pumpkin bread. But, they’re usually filled with loads of sugar and are occasionally so sweet I don’t even enjoy them. I know…most people crave the sweetness buuut that just ain’t me. And I’m more likely to routinely make a delicious baked good to have around the house if it’s not full of added sugars. Hello, health. This low-sugar pumpkin bread is made with whole wheat flour, organic pumpkin puree, a glorious assortment of spices, La Tourangelle’s Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil, one pasture-raised egg and only 1/3 cup of brown sugar in the whole loaf. THE WHOLE LOAF. Some recipes have an entire cup or more! So here it is: my fall favorite and the best way to kick off November.
