Whipped up this fall cashew butter in less than 10 minutes! Honestly, it feels more like cookie dough than a nut butter but I’m not complaining. It has two main ingredients, cashews, and dates, and 3 incredible fall spices. Easy as PIE. And tastes like it too. Hope you enjoy!

Delicious, simple, spiced fall cashew butter that's easy to make in a few minutes and goes well on everything from whole wheat toast to fruit to warm oatmeal bowls.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups organic cashews
  • 2 pitted dates (soaked in boiling water)
  • 2 tbsp date water
  • 1½ tsp organic cinnamon
  • ½ tsp organic ginger
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • ¼ tsp organic allspice
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in a small cup with boiling water for an hour (just enough to cover the top of the dates, should be about ¼ cup)- you can always skip this step if you're short on time
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until all cashew bits are fully blended and spices are spread throughout
  3. Place in a jar of your choice and enjoy for weeks to come!
  4. Keep in the refrigerator to avoid spoiling
